Job Description: As a Sales Consultant at Kia of Vacaville, you will play a key role in assisting customers through their car-buying journey. Your Primary responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers o understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Providing in-depth product knowledge about Kia vehicles and assisting customer in choosing the right vehicle for their lifestyle. 
  • Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features and benefits.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. 
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow up.
  • Staying informed about Kia products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Completing necessary paperwork and ensuring a smooth sales process. 

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience, preferably in the automotive industry. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive financing options.
  • Valid driver license.
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Must be able to use smart phone and tablets 
  • Available to work flexible hours.
