What You Will Do  

• Design and Deliver Yoga Sessions: 

  • Develop and deliver a variety of yoga classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative, suitable for different skill levels and guest preferences. 
  • Customize sessions to accommodate specific goals and requirements of individual guests. 

• Guest Engagement and Interaction: 

  • Build strong relationships with guests, providing personalized attention and guidance to ensure a positive and enriching yoga experience. 
  • Offer modifications and adjustments to align with guests’ physical abilities and limitations. 

• Wellness Programming: 

  • Collaborate with the wellness team to create integrated wellness programs that combine yoga with other services such as meditation, nutrition, and spa treatments. 
  • Participate in workshops, seminars, and wellness events to contribute to the facility’s holistic approach to health. 

• Class Management: 

  • Manage class schedules and maintain punctuality in starting and ending sessions. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and serene environment in the yoga studio. 

• Professional Development: 

  • Stay updated on the latest yoga trends, techniques, and certifications to continuously improve your teaching abilities. 
  • Attend relevant workshops and training to expand your skill set. 

• Health and Safety: 

  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of guests by ensuring proper alignment, avoiding injury risks, and 
  • Maintain first aid and CPR certifications. 

Qualifications 

• Certified Yoga Instructor with a recognized yoga teacher training (minimum 200-hour certification). 

• Proven experience teaching yoga to individuals and groups of varying skill levels. 

• In-depth knowledge of various yoga styles, philosophies, and breathing techniques. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with guests. 

• Strong organizational abilities to manage class schedules and maintain studio cleanliness. 

• Passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. 

• Flexibility to adapt sessions to the needs of diverse clientele. 

• Knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective practices. 

• Previous experience in luxury or high-end settings is preferred.
