Responsibilities:


  • Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages.
  • Produce the needed beverages for the service well.
  • Make all cocktails and mocktails according to specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar.
  • Keep an accurate spill tab through the shift.
  • Take tables in rotation with servers if business volume permits.
  • Stock liquor, beer, and misc ingredients as needed. Light stock on nights/days prior to inventory.
  • Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Perform cash handling transactions and maintain a proper bar drawer according to store policy.
Qualifications:


  • 1+ years previous experience as a bartender.
  • General knowledge of wine, cocktails, beer, liquor tiers, and making mocktails.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
  • Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Must ID all customers to verify legal drinking age.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
