Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized, one-on-one patient care, focusing on evaluations, tailored treatment plans, and ongoing patient outcome optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with team members in an open treatment environment, promoting seamless patient care.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss challenges, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing patient care challenges.
  • Foster excellent communication with patients and peers to maintain a supportive and engaging environment.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy to enhance patient treatment and care.

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate with a degree in physical therapy and eligible for licensure in Texas.
  • Passion for empowering patients and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Comfortable working with diverse patient demographics and a wide range of conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills to engage patients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and collaboration with colleagues.
