Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur Client in Sandwich, MA is looking for a Full-Time LPN to become apart of their team
Description of Position:The LPN will be working in a group home setting with adults that have intellectual disabilities. The LPN will be providing nursing care and oversight to individuals including taking and charting vital signs, administering medications, monitoring fluid intake and output, initiate emergency medical procedures, administer respiratory treatment and tracheotomy care as needed. Group home, 4 patients per home, 4 staff in home.
2nd Shift:3PM-11PM (Wed/ Thurs OFF)
Pay: $42-$44.34/ Hr
RequirementsAt least 6 months experience as LPN Covid Vaccination (no exemptions)Pass Cori CheckFinger PrintUp to date Vaccinations (TB, Hep B, etc.)Active Massachusetts state LPN license
Active BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
