Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage incoming leads and maintain a robust lead pipeline
  • Build rapport with clients and guide them through the sales process
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Stay organized and efficient with daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or a willingness to learn.
  • A basic understanding of the real estate market or sales industry (preferred but not required).
  • A competitive spirit and results-driven mindset; eager to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player, contributing to group efforts.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when handling client objections or challenges.
  • A growth mindset, open to learning new techniques, strategies, and tools to improve sales performance.
  • Basic technical proficiency, including experience with Google Suite.
