Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThis part-time role is intended to provide additional support for the Client Services Department by coordinating directly with Subcontractors for each outstanding claim until completion. Our primary goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer retention. Excellent organizational skills, phone etiquette; written and verbal communication skills are required. Office location - Downtown Wichita. After 8-10 weeks of training: Hybrid work environment (At Home and in Office). Full-Time Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

Responsibilities:

· Use Subcontractor Confirmation Tool to complete schedule & work order confirmations.· Organize and maintain documentation on homeowner claims and communication with subcontractors. · Confirm subcontractors scheduled work date 24 hours prior.· Follow up calls & emails to subcontractors to verify work order has been received.· Follow up with subcontractors to verify if they are in route to complete services.· Follow up with subcontractors to verify work has been completed. · Send out weekly meeting assignment forms.· Provide floater support in absence of assigned Client Relationship Coordinators. Qualifications:

· Prior customer service, clerical or administrative experience. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of holding subcontractors to expected timelines.· Friendly relationship builder with customer service excellence.· Team player who enjoys working with a team. · Proficient professional business communication – written and oral.· Previous experience using follow-up, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Must be able to successfully use a CRM system, internet & office
