A growing manufacturer is looking for skilled Moulder or Pulper operators to join their packing operations.

In this role you will be weighing the product and adjusting the pulp flow or dryers. You will also be helping inspect the product for defects or irregularities. You will also be responsible for dumping the paper into the conveyor belt to fill the pulping machine.

Dry End Rover Job Duties:
1. Running heavy machinery
2. Shovel, sweep, or otherwise clean areas
3. Drive forklift/clamp truck to move bales of fiber
4. Adjust pulp flow and dryers as needed
5. Work in harsh conditions (hot, cold, wet,)
6. Unload paper trucks, maintain paper records
Schedule: 7:00am-7:00pm/7:00pm-7:00am
• Four-week workday rotation: 3 on 2 off, 2 on, 3 off 2 on, 2 off
• Switching from days to nights in the rotation

Pay: 22.58/hourly

Dry End Rover Requirements:
1. Able to to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
2. Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
3. Able to comprehend basic work orders
4. Maintain consistent attendance
5. Able to lift, push, pulling up to 40lbs.
