Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative:
- Assist in the organizing of in-person appointments or events depending on client needs
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
- Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.
- Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company sales goals
- Support the marketing work of Verizon Sales and Customer Service team members
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative:
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the persistence to resolve problems completely

- Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment

- Excellent follow-through and ability to close sales confidently
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
- Self-motivated and self-directed
The Verizon Sales and Customer Service position is entry-level and full-time. Someone in the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative role must be comfortable working in person with customers directly, in a team setting, as well as working independently.
