Job Description

What you get to do in this role:   

  • ​​​​Take small to large programmatic sales plays and programs from original concept through final implementation
  • Bring our various activation plays into a repeatable framework
  • Develop detailed project execution plan, and manage all processes including progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, and launch
  • Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program including partners, business sponsors
  • Align closely with the Global Sales Play Structure and global operating model design
  • Create status reporting to support project/program discussions at Workgroups and Sponsor level
  • Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking
  • Validate Sales Play materials such as Pitch Deck, Customer Stories, Demos, Seller Map, Value Workshops, Target Account List
  • Accountable for planning and tracking to program milestones and deliverables, managing initiative risks and issues
  • Ensures cross-functional collaboration to deliver expected outcomes of the program
  • Represents the Global Sales Play voice in the Geography and related countries in close alignment with Sales Operations and Go To Market
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate:

  • 6-8 years of hands-on project management experience for Sales Plays, Sales activation programs, Sales Operations or Sales Enablement
  • Experience managing multiple large programs/projects in enterprise environments 
  • Knowledge of business and sales processes and behaviour of Sales personas in a Sales environment
  • Experience leading and steering meetings with executive management
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Experience guiding teams and provide solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles / obstacles
  • Experience overcoming project crisis
  • Ability to cross link efforts and avoid duplication
