Job Summary:
As the Used Car Manager at Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota, you will oversee the sales and operations of our used car department. You will work closely with the dealership's executive team to develop and execute strategies that drive sales and profitability, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability of the used car department
- Manage and monitor the inventory of used vehicles, including purchasing, pricing, and merchandising
- Train and mentor sales team to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service
- Analyze market trends and adjust inventory and pricing accordingly
- Maintain and report on key performance indicators related to sales, profit, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor and track customer satisfaction, and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers and auction houses to obtain quality used vehicles
- Oversee the appraisal process for trade-ins and purchase of used vehicles

Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Used Car Manager or similar role in the auto industry
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and sales processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make sound business decisions
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
