Credit Services Specialist Support

Under general supervision: responsible for coordination of various Credit Services management reports, maintenance of

Credit Service databases and assists with various projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for collecting, analyzing and reconciling data to prepare monthly Board of Directors Reports.
2. Assists in the development, analysis and implementation of various programs and projects related to Credit Division needs, including ad hoc reporting.
3. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining monthly Past Due & Stop Accrual Projections and Month-End Management Reporting.
4. Responsible for coordination of all internal and external examinations.
5. Responsible for Vendor Management of Credit Services Vendors. Acts as liaison both internally with Vendor Management Department and externally with vendors.

• Continuing education by attending all BCG, regulatory and other offered training related to assigned responsibilities.

• Adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Prepare reviews for the Department's vendors per the Vendor Management Program.

First Line of Defense:

• BUCS — responsibilities as designated by BUCO, in relation to regulatory compliance issues.

Marginal Functions:

1. Assists with Semi-Annual Loan Portfolio Analysis and summary reporting.
2. Performs additional job-related duties as required.

• Intermediate knowledge of fair lending laws, regulations, and UDAAP (federal and state).
• Business degree with a financial emphasis is highly desirable.
• Excellent written communication, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and presentations skills are required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Access database programming skills.
• Well organized, adept at managing peak workloads with an ability to meet deadlines.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Position requires long hours at PC console.
• Some lifting of files and storage boxes.

MENTAL DEMANDS:

• Requires a high level of mental concentration, couples with the ability to work on several projects at once.
• Ability to assimilate a great deal of financial data accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to learn and understand complicated loan processing systems on Server.
• Ability to write and/or follow complex instructions regarding extracted data from numerous systems and
• consolidated in a database for data analysis.

EQUIPMENT USED TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS:

PC and laptop, server, printer, scanner, fax, telephone and photocopier.
