Customer Service Representative

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a company thatdesigns and supplies head protection systems. Shift M-F, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. For immediate consideration, apply today.
Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service to all Team Wendy customers, with a focus on our ecommerce customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, processing orders, and maintaining customer databases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Creates and maintains customer account files in various Team Wendy systems
- Processes customer orders received through the Team Wendy website
- Handles customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Works closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
- Maintains knowledge of new and existing Team Wendy products
- Continuously identifies and evaluates opportunities to drive process improvements

- Communicate clearly, professionally, and accurately, both verbally and in writing
- Handle complaints and unpleasant customer service situations with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced and evolving environment
