Join Gerry's Restaurant and Bar, a beacon of culinary excellence in National City, CA, as we seek a dedicated full-time Restaurant Operations Manager to helm our esteemed establishment. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll work a minimum of 50 hours per week within our operating hours.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • 2+ years of experience as a restaurant manager
  • Experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base
  • Experience creating a highly motivated and focused team
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, great attention to detail, and exceptional business acumen
  • Ability to manage change, make effective decisions, and establish/complete goals

Experience working in a Filipino restaurant is a plus
