Position: Inbound Sales RepresentativeAre you a people person with a knack for turning inquiries into happy customers? As an Inbound Sales Representative at BlueBird Plumbing, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, guiding potential customers through our sales process with the perfect blend of enthusiasm and expertise. Your role is crucial in ensuring our clients not only get the services they need but also experience the difference that BlueBird Plumbing offers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat and establish a rapport with potential and existing customers.
  • Booking Appointments: Schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal timing for both customers and service technicians.
  • Dispatch: Coordinate the dispatching of service technicians to homeowners and businesses, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products to communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Needs Assessment: Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend the most suitable plumbing solutions.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert inbound leads into sales by effectively demonstrating the value of our products and services.
  • CRM Management: Record details of customer interactions and transactions, capturing customer information for future service opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competing products and services to effectively position BlueBird Plumbing as the best choice.
To succeed as an Inbound Sales Representative, you should be able to build instant rapport, achieve customer satisfaction, and demonstrate competitiveness and attentive listening skills.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inbound or outbound sales, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM software is a plus.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for helping others.
