Technical Support Analyst
The technical support analyst performs analytical, technical, and project work; including planning, design, selection, installation, and support of desktop computers, operating systems, applications, and associated peripheral equipment throughout the hospital. Will confer with technical support team on operating system, application, and hardware requires,ents for organization-wide. Duties also include limited network and operations support accountabilities. 

Schedule
Generally Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours/week), On-Call

Qualifications 

  • Associates degree in computer science or computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work with people at all skill levels
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • familiarity with desktop operating systems
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows client server environment
