Job Description: As a Telecommunications Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and managing telecommunications systems and networks.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls and providing excellent customer service.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with other team members to maintain network performance.
  • Documenting and reporting technical issues and resolutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in telecommunications or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telecommunications operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
