Clinical Surgical Services RN Manager
Join a century-strong Critical Access hospital dedicated to serving a community's healthcare needs They have recently expanded healthcare services at outpatient specialty clinics, enhancing their commitment to comprehensive care.
This hospital is seeking a dynamic Clinical Surgical Services Manager to lead their growing Perioperative Services department. In this key role, you will oversee establishing productive work relationships, clinical practice, and mentorship of the patient care team. Maintain the high quality of care exceeding the federal, state and organization regulations. You will collaborate closely with and report to the Chief Nursing Officer, playing a vital part in our leadership team.
Perioperative Department:
- FTE’s – 10
- Level IV Trauma Center
- 2023 – 2000+ inpatient procedures
- 2 OR Rooms and 1 Procedure room, 3rd OR room planned for 2025.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing, required. Bachelor’s in nursing (BSN), preferred.
- Current State RN License, required
- 3+ years of clinical experience Peri-operative or other healthcare related services, required
- Previous progressive leadership experience, strongly preferred
- Certifications: BCLS, PALS, NRP and ACLS, required.
- Recent experience with planning, developing, and managing capital, operating, and FTE budgets, required.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge base in Surgical services clinical practice, required.
