Position Summary:

The Laser Manager directs, manages, and optimizes the overall operations of the Laser department.

This position provides training and support to members of their team and ensures that standard operating procedures are in place and all employees are following safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively manage a range of projects and follow a daily production schedule.
• 2 years of Leadership experience required.
• Two to four years' bindery and direct mail or print experience.
• Experience delivering training and information to peers both individually and in groups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to support the training and onboarding of new and existing employees.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a range of projects and follow a daily production schedule

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• One to two years training experience.
• Two to four years' bindery and direct mail or print experience.
• Experience delivering training and information to peers both individually and in groups.
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of warehouse/production procedures.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 25lbs.

Schedule:

6:30a-3:00p Monday-Friday with overtime as needed based on business needs
