At Radiology Imaging Associates, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, patient care, and employee well-being. We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare.

As our Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the retirement and payroll functions for the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate administration of our retirement benefits, timely processing of payroll and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Payroll Processing:

  • Processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
  • Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, 401k contributions, and other deductions.
  • File state registrations for payroll accounts as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and queries and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Resolve pay discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Process year-end reporting such as W-2, 1095 and others as needed.

What you will need to be successful:

  • At least three years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field is a plus, but we are open to equivalent work experience that demonstrates expertise in the field.
  • Knowledge and prior experience with ADP/Workforce Now is required.
  • Knowledge of federal and state payroll tax regulations, including multi-state and reciprocity is required.
