QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in an IT/Computer Science related field or combination of 3+ years related work experience

  • Microsoft O365 Implementation and Administration 
  • Azure AD Management (App Setup, Conditional Access Policies, Security) 
  • Firewall Deployment and Maintenance 
  • Wireless/Mobile Administration 
  • Switching - Good understanding of VLANs and Subnetting 
  • WAN and ISP troubleshooting 
  • Public DNS Management (GoDaddy, Route 53, etc.) 
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends in response to the needs of the end users and organization 
  • Assist with IT Projects as required 
  • Ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects 
  • Advanced knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs 
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V 
  • Mac OS desktop and iOS device experience in a networked environment 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office 365/Teams/Outlook for Windows and Mac 
  • Strong knowledge of Linux desktop and server platforms (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, etc.) 
  • 1+ year of Linux command line experience 
NICE TO HAVE
  • IT certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft or Cisco 
  • Comptia Security+, A+, Microsoft, and ITIL certifications are highly desired 
  • Additional technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus 
  • Experience with Documentation Tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.) 
  • Experience in the following: 
  • 2FA/MFA Management 
  • Cloud Infrastructure Experience (AWS, Azure, etc.) 
  • Knowledge / experience with goTenna, Starlink, Cradlepoint, and Silvus technologies is a huge plus 
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
