Job Title: Lot Attendant


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our parking lot and ensuring the safe and efficient flow of vehicles.


Responsibilities:

- Keep the parking lot clean and organized at all times

- Direct traffic and assist customers with parking

- Monitor the parking lot for any safety hazards or security concerns

- Keep accurate records of vehicles entering and exiting the lot

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management

- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
