Position Summary:  
As an Extraction Packaging Technician within our growing laboratory team you will be responsible for the handling, processing, and packaging of all Extraction based products produced in our laboratory. On a day-to-day basis processing includes but is not limited to the initial packaging phase, labeling of finished goods, and the casing products for transference to the vault for sale. As an Extraction Packaging Technician you will be responsible for running standard Extraction production & Packaging machinery as assigned.
            Extraction Packaging Technician will also aid in handling all general packaging as assigned of products within our production facility. Our Extraction Packaging Technicians team will assist with other operational needs that arise during day-to-day functions of the Lab & Production Departments at Revolutionary Clinics 
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Run Extraction packaging machinery as assigned
  • Accurately process, fill, & label products within the production facility, including but not limited to Vape Cartridges, Grammed concentrates, Capsules, RSO syringes and other products as assigned
  • Accurately case products for transport to our vault for sale at retail and wholesale
  • Monitor and maintain Rev Cannabis’s high-quality standards throughout and in all items & processes associated with producing, filling, packaging, and labeling of products to minimize waste or rework.
  • Maintain cleanliness & sanitation of all production areas and equipment according to CCC guidelines & Revolutionary Clinics standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure that all sections of production are in complete accordance with all Massachusetts set regulations.
  • Aid in maintaining accurate Metrc records including but not limited to room transfers, conversions, and adjustments
  • Assist in performing internal inventory audits to ensure accurate metrc records
  • Maintaining accurate records of daily production in relation to metrics and KPI’s set by department heads.
  • Accurate communication of records of daily production to management.
  • Working as a member of a fast-paced team environment to help the team meet group goals.
  • Perform and assist all other Production & facility related duties and tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience in production or manufacturing environments in compliance with 21 CFR Part 211- Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and/or ISO 9000 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience within the cannabis industry, , including but not limited to seed to sale tracking software
  • Team orientated with a willingness to learn &  having a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow lab safety, preventative maintenance, and behavioral policies.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and carry out regulated operations.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excell, and METRC.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check annually to ensure compliance within Cannabis Control Commission and Revolutionary Clinics set regulations 
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Environmental Factors:

Employees may be required to bend, squat, kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, complete repetitive hand movements, and/or walk intermittently throughout the day.
