Shift Manager

  • Capacity to organize, coordinate and manage resources to meet key goals and objectives around customer service, speed of service, food cost and labor controls

  • Demonstrates potential to streamline and drive continuous improvements, to ensure restaurant is clean, organized and guest-ready at all times
Team Leadership
  • Treat others fairly and consistently; drive the Slims culture daily
  • Listen attentively to both team and customer concerns empathetically, addressing issues quickly
  • Ability to lead and direct teams in a positive and direct way in highly chaotic situations; ensure goals and service standards are met
  • Solicit and act on feedback
Requirements
  • 6 months - 2 years of leadership experience leading teams of 10+ team members and trainers
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and desire for development
  • Available to work flexible work schedules
  • Familiarity with talent management process
  • Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
  • Capable of creating a feeling of energy and excitement to foster engaging culture
  • Desire to meet key company objectives
