(Acquiring, Improving, and Managing) RV properties, focuses on acquiring family-owned lakefront RV parks, preserving their unique charm, and providing the financial support needed for rapid improvements. We manage our parks with an all-inclusive, 12-month payment plan for seasonal stays covering site rent, year-round storage, and access to all amenities. Our goal is to revolutionize the guest experience with enhanced amenities, advanced technology, and better communication. Through strategic marketing, we aim to attract new guests, retain current ones, and keep our parks fully occupied.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Tech will perform general maintenance including ground maintenance, electrical, basic carpentry, and other building systems. This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • General ground maintenance.
  • Mowing/weed trimming.
  • Honey wagon operation
  • Light electrical troubleshooting.
  • Tree trimming/clean up.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
