About the Job

We are seeking a gospel-centered, results-driven and detail-oriented Teacher Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time position will operate out of our headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio, or remotely from central Ohio and will focus on providing excellent resources and support for LifeWise classroom teachers. It requires collaboration, research and brainstorming with a dedicated team to cultivate confident and successful LifeWise teachers nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, review and assess all levels of the LifeWise curriculum
  • Assist in developing and revising curriculum and supplemental resources
  • Collaborate in designing, developing and evaluating classroom resources
  • Support teachers in implementing the curriculum effectively
  • Collaborate on various teacher support projects, tasks and events
  • Email responses to teacher support questions
  • Develop content to increase teacher engagement
  • Manage various teacher connection platforms
  • Support communication efforts to teachers
  • Communicate identified needs and proposed solutions to Teacher Support Manager effectively
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
  • Bachelor's degree in education (preferred)
  • Extensive expertise in curriculum development and effective teaching strategies
  • Substantial experience in classroom teaching and navigating curriculum
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Effective organizational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting demands
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools
