Digital Branch Call Center Representative Qualifications Summary
Education: 1) High school graduate or GED or 2) A completed 4-year college degree in either Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other related professional degree would be equivalent to no prior work experience.
Experience: Prefer minimum work experience 1 - 2 years of credit union or bank teller, credit union or bank customer service representative, or very knowledgeable background in financial services including IRA and trust accounts, debit and credit cards, and traditional consumer banking services. Will consider applicants with no prior banking experience but require work experience in any of the following: retail sales, hospitality sales, call center sales, other consumer products and/or services sales, or insurance and/or financial customer service and sales.
Other required qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication
- Good typing skills (30 or > wpm)
- Good Data Entry (6,000 or > KPH)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to identify and upsell products and services
- Excellent organization and time management
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solver
- Professional, genuine, and self-starter attitude
- Cooperative and willing to assist others
- Able to plan and prioritize workload
Compensation for Bilingual (English/Spanish) Digital Branch Call Center Representative
Pay: Starting at $17/hour; Paid Bi-weekly
Benefits:
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Plans, and Voluntary Insurance - eligible on the 1st of the month following the initial 30 days of employment with the credit union
- Basic Life/AD&D paid by employer
- Retirement - 401k with employer match up to 5% after 90 days as a payroll employee
- Optional Critical Illness/Cancer, Hospitalization, or Accidental Allstate Supplemental Insurance available
Leaves: Paid Vacation, Sick, Bereavement, Jury Duty, Volunteer, Paid Holidays (11 annually)
Position Classification: Non-Exempt
Scheduled Hours: Full-Time with availability to work hours between 7:45 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday

- Skills Testing (based on applicants scheduling of skills testing. No more than 5 days)
- Telephone Screening (within 3 business days of passed skills testing)
- 1st Interview (Approximately 3-5 business days or dependent on the number of applicants; please refer to job posting for any scheduled dates)
- Profile Assessment (within 3 business days of passed interview)
- Follow-up interview (within 5 business days of profile assessment. Dependent on position; *not required in all processes)
