The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for working with the customer and Good Labor leadership to develop the onsite teams at various locations and strengthen the relationship with our customer. The Regional Operations Manager will ensure that all employees maintain a proper work ethic by adhering to contract compliance, implementing policies and procedures which drive operational accountability and excellence.

Essential Functions
• Build and maintain strong client relationship• Work assigned shift with your team on occasion to better understand work environment• Serve as the lead point of contact for your team supervisors.• Ensure that:All employees clock in and out properlyAll employees work assigned hours including overtime (minimum of 40 hours)Ensure timely and successful travel for team to and from work Arrange necessary travel for team
  • One scheduled trip per week to Walmart
  • One scheduled trip per week to Laundry mat.
  • For doctors visit either drop off or pick up.
• Confirm with team leaders that before every shift that all members have:Dressed appropriately, refer to dress codeHave steel toed shoes or shoe covers if requiredHave meal prepared for break or money to buy something• Communicate / report account initiatives to your team

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of proven work experience in a Supervision or leadership roles
• Ability to develop trust relationships with various personality types
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence for positive impact at all levels of an organization,
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions
• Ability to multi-task complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication and bilingual skills is beneficial
Schedule: Flexible
