Will utilize equipment while performing tasks to include shipping, receiving, unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, relocating, and stacking product. Loads and unloads product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas.Double Reach Forklift Job Summary:
  • Pay $19/hr.
  • Shifts Available:
    • 1st Shift: 7:30 am to 4:30pm
  • Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, and/or distributed
  • Pulls and prepares products for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded.
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
  • Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to OH or customer pick sheet
  • Loads, unloads, moves, stacks and stages products and materials using a forklift, pallet jack, clamp truck or other power equipment
  • Maintains equipment by keeping it clean and safe, reporting service requests as needed
  • Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse by conducting operations in a manner which promotes safety
  • Checks orders for exactness and neatness
  • Marks materials with identifying information
  • Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed
  • Weighs or counts items for distribution within warehouse to ensure conformance to company standards
  • Efficiently moves and loads product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers often using power equipment
  • Unloads inbound freight safely and moves products to storage locations
  • Performs picking duties in an efficient manner that meets both company and customer standards · Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation · Assists in distribution center/warehouse cleanup as required
  • Assists new employees in understanding policies and procedures of the warehouse or distribution
Double Reach Forklift Qualifications:
  • Minimum (3) years related experience with prior technical training in a specialized field.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up-to 25+ lbs. repeatedly
