Job description:The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, follow-up case management, perform nursing assessments, administer medications and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. This position will be responsible for following established protocols, providing patient support and maintaining accurate information. Community education and outreach experience valued.Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated professionalism , reliability and flexibility in a dynamic healthcare environment
