Responsible for coordinating, supervising daily operations of 46 bed chronic pediatric children's facility. Directs the delivery of care by department personnel to ensure patient outcomes are achieved, high quality care is delivered and the patient experience is enhanced. Fosters and maintains positive working relationships among staff, physicians and medical center personnel to ensure collaboration. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Requirements:
RN with previous Charge Nurse/Supervisor experience

We are an around-the-clock residential facility that provides skilled care to medically fragile children, birth to age 21, who have a technology dependency.
