Columbia Residential is looking for a Training and Support Specialist for our RealPage software. This individual will play an integral role in the successful adoption and utilization of all RealPage and PM products by providing training and support for all new hires as well as providing targeted training via helpdesk ticket analysis to current employees.

Responsibilities:

Heavily assist in the creation and lead the execution of RealPage training, using reporting and analysis of support tickets to improve RealPage utilization and adoption.

• Maintain, track, and create training improvements based on training feedback from trainees through survey feedback collection.
• Quickly adapt and learn Columbia Residential-specific property management, vendor management, spend management, and accounting business processes
• Assist in identifying and assisting with creating efficiencies through process improvement.
• Occasionally provide support of RealPage systems through the Columbia Residential OneSite Helpdesk
• Occasionally troubleshoot settings and system setup of RealPage products.
• Occasionally contribute to testing efforts related to new functionality or software enhancements within the RealPage ecosystem.
• This position requires travel

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience training and supporting Real Page is highly suggested/preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the affordable housing industry is suggested/preferred.
• Property management experience or equivalent knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must enjoy teaching and training individuals who possess various levels, including beginner, of property management and RealPage experience.
• Must have intermediate to expert RealPage, specifically OneSite, knowledge.
• Strong organizational & interpersonal skills with the ability to work with users at all levels.

Full-Time

Location: Atlanta, GA is preferred, TX and remote a possibility with 25 -50% travel
