Seeking Dental Receptionist in Fairmont, WV
Schedule: Full Time
- Monday 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M
- Tue-Thur 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
- Friday 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M
Compensation:
- $14-16 per hour (If trained in billing and insurance, will pay the higher end of rate.)
- Sick/Vacation time, as well as retirement is offered after 1 year of employment.
Duties for our Dental Front Office Assistant / Dental Receptionist include:
- Greetings all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
- Recare calls when needed
- Collect payments
- Enter/validate insurance, pre-treatment estimates, submit insurance claims
- Keep waiting room clean
- General Practice
