Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including dozers, loaders, excavators, and graders, to perform various tasks such as excavation, grading, and material handling.
- Safely and efficiently load and unload materials, move earth and other materials as required.
- Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues or safety concerns.
- Operate equipment following established procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with construction team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to keep it in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, accidents, or incidents immediately to supervisors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply, bringing their valuable skills and dedication to the role.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, excavators, or related machinery.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
