Shifts: Must be available to work a variety of shifts including early mornings or afternoon shifts, including some weekend work.

Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing as well as background checks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining equipment and station cleanliness;
  • All employees must maintain a safe work area;
  • Supporting other areas of the operations as needed;
  • This is a fast-paced work environment, so you need to come to each shift prepared to work hard.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

  • A current or recent grading certificate is preferred;
  • Crossarm grading experience is an asset;
  • Must have strong attention to detail;
  • Must have excellent eye/hand coordination;
  • Must work well without supervision;
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must have excellent communication skills;
  • Must be able to comply with company safety and quality procedures;
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and regular random drug tests;
  • Quality minded, positive team player, safety conscious and production focused;
  • Able to do repetitive tasks, stand for 10+ hours, perform heavy lifting, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Apply basic math skills;
  • Effectively read, write and communicate in English.
