Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carefully lift, handle, hang & pack parts
  • Ensure safe workplace and follow all safety rules
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment, especially safety glasses
  • Follow all SOP’s and quality standards
  • Inspect parts for quality, visual defects, accuracy & quantity
  • Detect & report defective parts to Supervisor / Lead
  • Processes product through the E-Coat line or powder coating line including loading, unloading, cleaning, painting and packaging operations
  • Mask product in accordance with router instructions
  • Counts and packages completed parts to Customer requirements.
  • Prepare finished product for shipping
  • Pay close attention to detail & focus on assigned tasks
  • Cooperate, support co-workers and be a strong team player
  • Be reliable, adhere to attendance policy & work overtime as needed
  • Maintain organization and housekeeping
  • Perform other duties as requested

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift, carry, push or pull frequently
  • Squat / kneel, bend, crawl, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead & outward
  • Sit, stand and walk
  • Ability to work in hot & cold work environment
