Join our dynamic team as a Quality Test Technician, where you'll be responsible for manual setup and testing of circuit boards, as well as programming and operating Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment.


Responsibilities:


  • Test various circuit boards and chassis to meet customer specifications.
  • Set up standard test equipment for functional and operational tests, assessing performance and repeatability of Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Analyze and interpret test data, completing associated paperwork and generating necessary documentation, records, and reports.
  • Review and verify process documentation, and program and operate AOI machines.
  • Conduct general quality inspections of products.

Skills/Qualifications:


  • Proficiency with volt meters, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.
  • Ability to interpret data displayed in multiple graphed formats.
  • Strong deductive reasoning skills for troubleshooting test equipment setups.
  • Experience in running AOI Systems or willingness to undergo adequate training.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with technology.
  • Focus on quality with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Experience:


  • Programming experience with AOI Systems or Surface Mount Technology equipment.
  • Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controls and mitigation.
  • Capability to undergo adequate training in IPC Standards, including 610, 620, J-STD.

Hours:
6:30AM-5:30PM - Flexible 8-hour schedule
