Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time physical therapist assistant to join our outpatient team in Kaysville, Utah. We are a national leader in clinical excellence with 55+ locations and are owned and operated by physical therapists, meaning that every decision made has the patient in mind. The ideal candidate is a physical therapist who is eager to learn and utilize the growth opportunities that Mountain Land offers. Your day-to-day will include working collaboratively with our nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 11-12 patients per day; from high-level athletes looking to return to sport, to patients simply looking to live without pain. Mountain Land encourages therapists to pursue their passions, both in their careers and personal lives, which can explain why roughly 20% of our therapists hold an OCS and countless employees are exploring the great outdoors with their family and friends on a daily basis.

Pay Range: Hourly, depending on experience


Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range.


Requirements:
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 12 patients per day on average
  • Current PTA License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
  • A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy
