Terrelonge Staffing is currently partnering with a premier restoration company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, to find a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager. Our client specializes in providing top-notch restoration services and is looking for a leader to enhance their operational excellence and service delivery.

The Role: As an Operations Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our clients production and operations team. Your role will involve overseeing the entire operations process, ensuring all business activities are conducted efficiently and effectively, meeting customer satisfaction, and aligning with the company's strategic objectives. You will demonstrate exceptional leadership, people management skills, and a commitment to maintaining high professional, ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission.
  • Coordinate with Department Managers on staffing requirements, including recruitment, hiring, and training of operations personnel.
  • Supervise operations personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and customer satisfaction.
  • Review estimates and job budgets for accuracy, anticipating, preventing, and solving problems.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and guide Department Managers, ensuring effective coordination of field personnel.
  • Maintain professional internal and external company relations, handling complaints and issues courteously and professionally.
  • Analyze operational performance, reporting findings to the Company Owner/President.
  • Drive business development efforts, identifying potential clients and opportunities, and implementing marketing and sales plans.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management within the Insurance Restoration and Emergency Service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to manage and train teams.
  • Excellent organizational, public relations, and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and operational performance.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for customer service.
