Customer Service Representative

Heavenly Paws helps people during the loss of their pet by providing dignified after-care services. We produce memorabilia such as clay and ink pawprints so our customers can have a keepsake from their beloved pet. We provide cremation services, transportation and delivery, customer service, and final memorial packaging to ensure a respectful farewell to our customers' furry, feathered, and scaly companions.
Compensation:$15 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:- Answering phones
- Assisting customers in making arrangements for their pets
- Providing information about our services to customers and veterinary clinics
- Responding to web-based questions
- Packaging Memorial Packages
- Occasional delivery of Memorial Packages
- Office/Facility cleaning
- Routing our drivers once requests are received
- Miscellaneous clerical work and other projects
- Customer Service Experience
- Empathy and Compassion
- Computer literate - general knowledge of Word and Excel and ability to learn and use other applications
- Cleanliness - maintaining a clean workspace and reception area
- Pleasant Demeanor
