Job Location: Various construction sites- (travel required) within a 300-mile radius of Waco, TX.

Job Description:

As a Field Welder at Texas Welding Company, you will play a crucial role in our welding operations on construction sites. Reporting to the Field-Welder Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing welding tasks according to project specifications and industry standards. This position requires extensive travel during the week, with accommodations provided by the company, while weekends will be spent at home.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding duties under the direction of the Field-Welder Team Lead.
• Follow welding procedures and specifications to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Operate welding equipment and tools effectively and safely.
• Collaborate with team members to complete welding tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Field-Welder Team Lead.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in welding.
• Familiarity with working on construction sites is preferred.
• Proficient in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively during the week.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
