We have an amazing team in our privately owned group practice and the only thing missing is --- YOU

Practice Location: Iowa Family Smiles - 6901 Hickman Rd, Urbandale, IA 50322

We have incredible office hours Monday-Thursday (8-9 hours) and Fri (5-6 hours), giving you a TWO AND A HALF DAY WEEKEND every weekend, and closed major holidays.

Opportunities for career advancement are abundant for dentists with an entrepreneurial spirit, as they can transition from an associateship to a partnership or ownership track.

This position is offered full-time OR part-time. It is a great opportunity to create your own schedule and we offer the following.

  • Compensation based on high percentage (up to 40% of collections)
  • Per diem guarantee of up to $900/day
  • Clinical Autonomy
  • Flexible schedule that fits your personal life
  • Work authorization/visa sponsorship can be done by the employer.
