We are seeking a talented and innovative Software subsystem/integration engineer to join our team and work on the development of next-generation powertrain control software.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software systems, integration, configuration, and testing and must have a passion for automotive technology, and a drive to push the boundaries of innovation in the field.
Job Requirements:
- We are seeking a talented and innovative Control System Engineer to join our team and work on the development of next-generation powertrain control software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control systems engineering, a passion for automotive technology, and a drive to push the boundaries of innovation in the field.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems for automotive applications
- Conduct testing, validation, and optimization of control systems for automotive applications
- Analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions to enhance software performance and efficiency
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in control systems for automotive applications
Skills Required:
- Bachelors in Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiar with configuration management tools such as ClearCase and/or GitHub
- 3+ years of proven experience in integrating control systems for automotive applications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB, or Simulink
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities
Skills Preferred:
- Knowledge of vehicle powertrain systems and diagnostic protocols.
- Experience with development and diagnostic tools.
- Previous experience in developing algorithms for powertrain controls.
- Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of automation scripting including GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools for development and verification purposes.
Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of Experience.
Education Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
