About Us: At FSC, we're not your average non-profit. We're a team of passionate go-getters dedicated to providing top-notch employment and training services with a side of fun And now, we're on the hunt for a full-time Foodshare Employment and Training (FSET) Case Manager to join our crew.

The Role: As our resident FSET Case Manager, you'll be the superhero of self-sufficiency, helping individuals unleash their potential and achieve their dreams From guiding them through the job search jungle to making sure they're equipped with all the skills they need; you'll be their ultimate champion. And hey, who said saving the day couldn't be fun?

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Dive into the action with individual or group presentations on job search, readiness, and retention techniques.
  • Get your detective hat on and determine eligibility for FSET and related services.
  • Keep the party going by monitoring reports to ensure compliance in both programs.
  • Show off your counseling skills with some motivational pep talks on employment and training.
  • Be the ultimate sidekick by supporting individuals applying for SSI or SSDI benefits.
  • Keep the good times rolling with ongoing case management and coordination with other agencies to make sure everyone's needs are met.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Got an Associates degree and two-plus years of work-related experience? Awesome But if you've got the drive and passion, we want you on our team
