Daytime Sitter

Jovie of St. Paul, Lakeville, and Woodbury is hiring daytime sitters to join our care team. Jovie caregivers are smart, capable, human, and full of joy They have experience working with children of all ages. They are childcare professionals who love engaging children in creative & active play. They are able to navigate the occasional behavioral concern and handle stressful situations with grace and ease.

Our daytime sitters work 2-4 weekdays per week between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm, providing care for families within the Twin Cities. They work with children of all ages from infant to 12+, typically within a 20-mile radius of their homes. They create a safe environment for the children in their care to learn, play, and grow. They engage the children in creative arts & activities, as well as outdoor fun. They leave it better for the families by ensuring all messes are cleaned up and the house is left organized. They communicate well with the children & the parents.

Requirements: 

• 1-2 years of childcare experience with all ages (Infant-12+).
• 18+ years old.
• Weekday Availability (7am-6pm two days / week)
• Valid License & Reliable Vehicle. Must be willing to commute within 20-mile radius. 
• CPR Training.
• COVID-19 Vaccination, highly preferred. 

Compensation: $17-18/hour
