THE ROLE: Responsible for planning, coordinating and execution of all SoCal and Corporate events. This includes marketing outreach, strategy sessions with sales team, attending events, post-event-analysis, and budget management.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Planning and coordinating promotions and special events, including development of ideas and creation of events calendar.
  • Attend events to collect lead forms and manage traffic.
  • Track the performance of events for future engagement.
  • Support strategic event team activities including logistical support, reports management, and administration of essential accounts and tools.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the wider marketing team and business stakeholders to ensure that events meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to relay information and directions regarding event activities.
  • Support Build and Buy events, develop hyperlocal strategies and community involvement.
  • Drive attendance through effective communication and promotion of upcoming meetings and events.
  • Take ownership of event execution, including venue sourcing, speaker and vendor management, and on-site coordination.
  • Maintain internal systems and programs related to event promotion and registration management.
  • Contribute to annual planning by designing membership engagement plans and proposing appropriate budgets.
  • Participate in special projects focused on enhancing member experience and engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry innovations and trends to continuously elevate our events.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in relative administration and/or events experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
  • Experience with Salesforce Knowledge, CANVA, or Pardot preferred.

WHAT WILL SET YOU A PART:

  • Proven ability to coordinate meetings and special events including making arrangements for speakers, venues and catering, attendee management, budget oversight, on-site coordination,
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to complete assignments in the context of fluctuating and competing workloads, shifting deadlines and stakeholder priorities.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and attentive to detail, with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly define tasks and set priorities.

The compensation range for this role is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
