Wisconsin Management Company (WMC) is hiring a part-time LTE property caretaker/custodian for multi-site properties located in Pepin County.

Summary:

As a member of our Maintenance team, the Grounds/Custodian LTE role is a vital component of our community's day-to-day impression on existing residents and prospective residents. As such, the Grounds/Custodian role is expected to maintain a high level of quality customer service and professionalism. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to those listed below.

Ground/Custodian role activities such as removing weeds, raking and disposing of leaves and any trash/refuse, and cleaning up any pet waste in common areas. Also included is sweeping/blowing/cleaning of the parking lots and trash enclosure areas.

• Sweep, blow and power wash areas of the property as needed.
• Maintain flower beds - water/weed.
• Check and replace light bulbs as needed.
• Maintain trash-free property.
• Assists in maintaining swimming pool(s), laundry rooms and other equipment rooms, as applicable.
• Assists in the turn of vacant units into market ready homes
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Snow removal during snow season.
• Assist Property Manager as needed.

Education and/or experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Other skills and abilities: Understanding of Property Management Grounds/Custodian duties and responsibilities. Punctual, diligent on job duties, able to work independently and following through when other duties are assigned.

Certificates, licenses, registrations: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
