Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition & Payroll Specialist located in Vermont, recruiting for both the South Burlington and Williston Healthy Living Vermont locations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. They will also be involved in employer branding activities and conducting interviews to assess candidates' qualifications. The role will require collaboration with hiring managers and maintaining effective relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. This position has weekly payroll preparation duties and assists with employee relations as needed.

- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and implementation
- Proficiency in conducting effective interviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the grocery industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, preferred
