Position Overview:


As we expand our services under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic team in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. This full-time role involves managing supplies and maintaining medical equipment used nationwide.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain precise inventory control of clinical supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of warehouse best practices
  • Understand the operation of mobile practice vehicles.
  • Communicate regularly with management team members and team mates for guidance and assistance in proper execution of tasks
  • Troubleshoot and support mobile operations and fixed site facilities.
  • Complete inventory mobile practice vehicles and equipment before and after events.
  • Ensure all medical, dental, and office equipment is operational, reporting any deficiencies
  • Ensure timely and accurate shipment of supplies and equipment to event sites.
  • Return equipment and supplies to assigned locations post-event.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, self-motivation, and teamwork, assisting as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including proper forklift inspections and operating guidelines.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and think creatively
  • Flexibility with schedule and environmental changes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with basic knowledge and technology
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining respectful and positive relationships with coworkers and customers

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods
