Landscaping Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Report and take direction from your Supervisor and Project Manager
• Must wear the proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times, this includes a hard hat.
• Operate equipment safely and responsibly as safety is both ours and GPC’s number one concern
• Ensure the turf is maintained to the client’s guidelines and Tri Scapes’ standards
• Operate landscaping equipment daily including, but not limited to: hand tools (shovel,rake), power tools (weed eater, chainsaw), mowers (zero turn, bush hog)
• Keep equipment clean and in working order daily
• Wash all trucks and equipment at least once a week along with routine weekly maintenance
• Interact professionally with GPC employees and your team members
• Take responsibility for clocking in and out properly each day (notify supervisor of any problems)
• Report any issues with equipment or other employees to your supervisor
• Attend safety briefings as they are provided by your supervisor

Requirements:

• Be willing to work hard and learn
• US citizen
• Social Security Card
• ID
• Ability to pass a MVR (motor vehicle report)
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Clean criminal record in the past 2 years with zero felonies
• Landscaping background preferred but not required
• Cell phone
• Punctual
• Respectful
